Former X Factor star Jake Quickenden has announced his engagement to Danielle Fogarty.
The singer - who has also appeared in I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! and The Jump - announced the happy news on Instagram.
"So so happy to finally be able to announce.... she said yes @daniellefogarty1", he wrote on Instagram. "Here's to an amazing future together, I will always have your back and I love you so much !!"
Speaking to HELLO! about the proposal, Jake revealed he didn't actually get to ask the all-important big question, as he was too emotional.
He explained: "I had a whole speech prepared, but as soon as I opened the ring box I was blubbing and I couldn't speak. I didn't even ask Danielle to marry me, but luckily she said 'yes' when she saw the ring - and then she started crying too".
Danielle admitted the proposal was perfect, telling the mag: "It could not have been a more perfect moment".
The singer proposed to Danielle on his birthday earlier this month, with the 'Will you...' moment taking place at his favourite wine bar. However, the pair kept their news underwraps, choosing to announce it in HELLO! earlier this week.
Speaking about his proposal plans, Jake added: "From the moment we met, I knew I'd propose one day and I chose to do it on my birthday because I knew I could get away with being a bit sneaky".
They might have only just got engaged but they've already given consideration to their wedding planning, with a 2019 wedding on the cards.
The happy couple met back in 2014, at an afterparty for I'm A Celebrity..., where Jake was a camp-mate alongside Danielle's father, legendary driver Carl Fogarty.
