Khloe Kardashian has spoken about her future wedding plans - or lack thereof.
The reality star (who was previously married to Lamar Odom) is in a blissfully happy relationship with her baseball player beau, Tristan Thompson, and despite recent rumours suggesting otherwise, the couple are in no immediate rush to say 'I do'.
Speaking about her relationship status with Daily Mail's You magazine, Khloe revealed she isn't feeling any pressure to tie the knot in the near future.
"I believe in marriage and I want to be married again one day but I don't have a time frame," she explained. "Why do people think that marriage equates to happiness? There are a lot of people in unhealthy marriages".
Khloe also revealed Tristan ticks one very important box: he gets on well with her family.
She said: "My boyfriend is very protective of me. Feeling loved and validated and secure is a huge thing. Tristan is protective of my entire family, which is beautiful. And I love that everything we do is a union".
Despite the fact the couple have only been dating for a year, they both know their relationship is the real deal.
"When he speaks, it's 'us' and 'we', and that's important because it shows that you're sharing life," Khloe mused. "The best thing is that we're able to communicate about anything, and I think a lot of relationships don't flourish because people are afraid to voice their opinion, not wanting to rock the boat".
