#1 First of all: be savvy with your choices

Talk to your florist about the options that would work best for the seasonal requirements of your day - also, be logical about what you want, too. A simple hand-tied bouquet will be a lot more practical than a stunning trailing bouquet that will start to wither within hours; a flower crown, whilst utterly gorgeous in theory, will require a lot of maintenance in order to keep it fresh. Which is where idea #2 comes in!

#2 Invest in cheap spray bottles

These can be picked up from Boots or Superdrug and make keeping arrangements fresh easy-peasy.

Think pretty vases, somewhere out of harm's way, where the bouquets can have a much-needed drink of water. It will also spare the flowers being dumped on reception tables or damaged on the dancefloor.
